MISSION & FOUNDATIONS

The Purpose and Mission of Royal Dominion Missions

Royal Dominion Missions (RDM) is an international Christian discipleship and mission initiative committed to advancing the Kingdom of God by making disciples, building leaders, and transforming nations.

Ministry Mission:

"To resource believers, churches, and groups to make disciples who make disciples through a simple, accessible, and scalable discipleship process that cultivates a Christ-centered way of life—not merely biblical knowledge. Designed for diverse settings and cultures, our model empowers believers to grow spiritually, live out their faith, develop leaders, and multiply disciples around the world."

"Through decades of pastoral ministry and international partnerships, Royal Dominion Missions recognized the need for a simple, intentional, and reproducible approach to discipleship. The School of Discipleship and Leadership was created to help churches, groups, and individuals move beyond simply teaching biblical information to cultivating a Christ-centered way of life. Our free, flexible, and scalable process provides practical training, meaningful relationships, and personal accountability that foster spiritual growth, develop leaders, and multiply disciples across cultures and communities."

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Our Core Values

Biblical Transformation

More Than Knowledge — A Way of Life

Discipleship is more than acquiring biblical knowledge; it is learning to live like Jesus. We combine biblical teaching, practical experiences, and spiritual application to cultivate Christlike character, spiritual maturity, and a lifestyle of obedience.

Intentional Spiritual Formation

Growth by Design, Not by Accident

We believe spiritual maturity requires intentional investment. Our discipleship pathway goes beyond traditional Bible studies by providing structured experiences, practical application, and measurable steps toward growth. Every track is designed to help believers develop spiritually, relationally, and practically.

Accountability Without Judgment

Growing Together in Grace and Truth

Spiritual growth happens best in authentic relationships where people are known, encouraged, and challenged. Through personal coaching, honest conversations, prayer, and loving accountability, we create safe environments where believers can confront challenges, celebrate victories, and grow without fear of condemnation.

Rapid Multiplication

Disciples Make Disciples. Leaders Develop Leaders.

We equip believers not only to follow Jesus but to disciple others. Our model emphasizes identifying, developing, and mobilizing leaders quickly so that the Gospel and discipleship training can spread rapidly through churches, communities, and nations.

Simple and Scalable

Designed for Five or Fifty Thousand

Our discipleship model is simple, cyclical, and reproducible. Whether implemented in a home Bible study of five or a network reaching 50,000, its flexible structure enables multiplication without sacrificing biblical integrity, relational accountability, or intentional spiritual formation.

Global Accessibility

Equipping the Church Everywhere

We believe discipleship training should be accessible to every believer, regardless of geography, language, or financial resources. Through free, multilingual resources and adaptable training methods, we equip churches, underground churches, small groups, and individuals worldwide to develop disciples and multiply leaders.

Adaptable and Flexible for Every Group

One Mission. Diverse Settings. Flexible Solutions.

Our discipleship process is designed to serve churches, underground churches, Bible studies, small groups, and individuals across different denominations, cultures, and ministry settings. We provide a flexible framework that can be customized to reflect each group's unique identity, theological convictions, mission, values, and resources. Rather than requiring groups to adapt to our program, we strive to make our program adaptable to their needs while preserving the essential principles of biblical discipleship.
